Cos’hanno in comune Peter Greenaway, Pippo Delbono, Giulio Berruti, Murray Abraham, Flavio Parenti, Anne Louise Hassing e Lars Eidinger? Presto il gruppo sarà nella Capitale, pronto a calcare il red carpet dell’Auditorium, in occasione del prossimo Festival Internazionale del Film di Roma.
Un cast pazzesco, eterogeneo e tutto appartenente allo stesso film, “Goltzius and the pelican company”, firmato dal genio che ha dato vita a capolavori come “8 donne e 1/2″ o la trilogia de “Le valigie di Tulse Luper”. Ha voluto il nostro italianissimo Giulio Berruti, che qui aveva spopolato con la fiction “Elisa di Rivombrosa” ma aveva poi interpretato anche un ruolo in “Melissa P.” e in “Montecarlo” al fianco di Andie MacDowell e Selena Gomez. Nel film compare anche Murray Abraham, immenso, Premio Oscar per “Amadeus” di Milos Forman. Al suo fianco, un intenso Pippo Delbono, attore teatrale che – con al a sua compagnia – ha calcato i palchi più importanti dei teatri italiani. E che dire di Lars Eidinger? Il nome magari non dirà tanto, ma osservate bene il suo viso geometrico – tipicamente tedesco – e ci ritroverete l’espressione contritat del protagonista di “Home for the week end”, film in concorso che ha riscosso enorme successo alla scorsa Berlinale. E che dire del nostro, bellissimo, Flavio Parenti? Scoperto da Muccino in “Parlami d’amore”, l’abbiamo apprezzato in “ombre rosse” e “Io sono l’amore”. Non è questa la prima volta che recita in un film straniero; anche Woody Allen lo scelse per il suo “To Rome with love”. E chiudiamo questa carrellata di grandi attori con la danese Anne Louise, interprete indimenticabile di “Idioti” del genio del Dogma95, Lars Von Trier.
Non ci resta che vederli all’opera, sul grande schermo, in “Goltzius and the pelican company”.

He wanted our Italian, Giulio Berruti, which became famous here in Italy with the “Elisa of Rivombrosa” fiction, but then he also played a role in “Melissa P.” and “Monte Carlo”, sharing the scene with stars like Selena Gomez or Andie MacDowell. In the movie also appears Bill Murray, gorgeous, Oscar winner for Milos Forman’s “Amadeus”. At his side an intense Pippo Delbono, theatre actor who – with his company – trod the scene in the most important italian opera houses. And what about Lars Eidinger? The name may not say much, but look at his face, clearly geometric – typically German – and there’ll be the expression contrite of the protagonist of “Home for the weekend,” a film in competition, which was a huge success at the Berlinale. And what of our own, beautiful, Flavio Parenti? Discovered by Muccino in “Talk about love”, we enjoyed him in “Red shadows” and “I Am Love.” This is not the first time he acted in a foreign film, even Woody Allen chose him for his “To Rome with Love”. And we close this series of great actors with the Danish Anne Louise, unforgettable interpreter of “Idiots” of the genius of Dogma95, Lars Von Trier.
We just have to see them at work, on the big screen in “Goltzius and the Pelican Company”.
